Caroline Casper ~ Escrow Officer
Caroline Casper is our transaction facilitator. A born-and-raised Florida native, she spent 18 years in Ocala on a horse ranch, where she developed a strong work ethic, discipline, and a lifelong passion for animals. She began showing horses at age six, earning two Reserve World Champion titles along with multiple All American Quarter Horse Congress championships. Alongside her equestrian career, she also pursued basketball, driven by her competitive nature and attention to detail.
Caroline later attended Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth before returning to Florida in 2015, where she discovered her interest in real estate and became licensed. In 2019, she relocated to Jensen Beach, drawn by her family’s boating background and her love for the water.
In 2020, Caroline became a licensed Title Agent and developed a strong passion for title insurance and the closing process. She enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that brings transactions together and values building relationships while helping ensure smooth, successful closings. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with her four rescued cats."
Oliver Booth ~ Barketing Manager
Meet Oliver Booth — My Engage Title’s official “Barketing Manager” and the 5th generation title professional in the Booth family legacy. Born on December 24, 2019, in Valdosta, Oliver spent the early years of his life running freely on five beautiful waterfront acres along Indian River Drive, building a special bond with his Mom before returning to town to continue the Booth family’s long-standing tradition in title insurance dating back to 1958.
Oliver quickly discovered his true talent wasn’t reviewing title commitments — which he insists are “sooooo painfully boring” — but winning hearts instead. Known for his sunshine personality, endless wiggles, and expert-level client relations, Oliver specializes in staff kisses, morale boosting, and reminding everyone not to take life too seriously. After all, title insurance can drive an agent to the cuckoo nest! But not with this boys support.
His upbeat energy and lovable charm have become a meaningful part of the positive culture behind My Engage Title. Around here, smiles are contagious, attitudes stay uplifting, and clients feel the difference at the closing table. He's the strength and peace behind the office closer. In many ways, Oliver’s warm-hearted spirit has quietly become part of the company’s foundation since opening in 2024.
While he may not prepare settlement statements just yet, Oliver still takes his role very seriously — supervising the transaction process, inspecting snack inventory, monitoring office security for suspicious squirrels, and making sure the team keeps their smiles bright and welcoming for every client we serve.
At My Engage Title, we believe every closing should feel a little less stressful and a little more personal. We understand this period is life-changing for our clients. Behind the scenes, Oliver is a constant reminder to lead with kindness, warmth, and heart.

My Engage Title is a local woman-owned title insurance and real estate closing agency founded in Stuart, Florida. With an amazing staff of experienced professionals, we work hard to make the entire closing process as stress-free and efficient as we possibly can.
The primary goal of My Engage Title is to is to focus on serving you and making the closing process as seamless as possible. Our vision is to attract and retain the best title professionals in the business, provide top-notch service to buyers and sellers and the professionals that represent them, and to be a contributing partner in the many south Florida counties and communities in which we serve.
We aim to serve Martin County, St. Lucie County, Palm Beach County and surrounding areas with local ownership and leadership, combined with high quality service. We minimize the use of voicemail, and do our best to work with you directly to make the closing as stress-free as we can. We are located near downtown Stuart, and offer free and convenient parking.
